Residential and commercial. Contract base preferred, not required. TDLR contractor license active.

Plumbing

Residential and commercial service and repair. Licensed Master Plumber on staff is a plus. Emergency and recurring work both fit.

Electrical

Residential and commercial service and repair. Licensed Master Electrician on staff is a plus. Service work over new construction.

Roofing

Residential and commercial. Repair and reroof over new construction. Retail and insurance work both fit.

Pest Control

Residential and commercial. Recurring service contracts. TPCL-licensed and current.

The five categories above are our primary focus, not the boundary of our mandate. Beyond them, our strongest interest is in remediation and restoration; remodeling and general contracting; fire protection and life safety; commercial cleaning and facility maintenance; and crane services. A strong business in any essential property trade earns a serious read and a fast answer.
